Titan Carpet Cleaning Wichita Falls

I have enlisted Titan twice in the past couple of years and they went above and beyond both times. The first time, I asked them to see if they could clean an area rug that had been so repeatedly urinated on by dogs that it was literally stuck to the linoleum floor. To say it wreaked and looked horrible is not doing justice to the job they faced. They came and picked up the rug and kept it for several weeks cleaning and re-cleaning. When it was returned, all the odor was gone. We were fortunate that the urine hadn’t bleached out the rug, so other than it having some wear spots along the border, it still looks great! Yesterday, they came to clean badly pet stained and soaked carpeting. It had been cleaned in the past year by another company, but the dog had since heavily soiled it. I had used something that bleached out certain areas, so the carpet could not be restored totally to its original color, but it is 500% better. They also cleaned a living room carpet that had never been cleaned before (house is 50+ years old). The room isn’t used, so it was just a catchall. It also had bad pet stains from many many years ago. Titan went out of the way to help me get the room where the carpet could be cleaned. The stains could not be removed from the wool carpet, but it also was much improved. I could not be more pleased with the efforts they took to get all the places cleaned that I couldn’t expose on my own. I highly recommend using and trusting Titan.
