I have been to The Barber Shack before and this is the first time I have ever had this happen. The entire process from customer service to the actual cut was unprofessional. I booked an appointment and when I walked in no one even knew who was going to cut my hair. Once they figured out who was going to cut my hair, my barber made it apparent to me that their focus was not providing a quality service or a decent hair cut, but instead making bets with his fellow coworkers. He originally messed up my haircut, even argued with me about it when I asked him to fix it. This is how my skin looked by the end of it. A trained barber should never have their clients skin coming out looking like this. He was reckless with his tools and my skin is proof. He didn’t even finish with any powder to at least acknowledge that he has created razor burn on my skin. Because of where it was located I didn’t even see how bad it was until I had a friend take a photo for me to see up-close. I unfortunately did not get his name, but he is the barber in the far right back corner when you walk in, has curly hair.
