We experienced a leak that ruined a carpeted area of our house, as well as the flooring in our laundry room.. Gavin and Daron were absolutely incredible to work with. They understood our needs and our time frame of the work needing to be completed. They went above and beyond to find product that they had in stock and quick availability of an installer to squeeze us in. The initial conversation to end job took six days... great pricing and great customer service. I will always recommend their work from here on out.

Outstanding customer service and laser focus on client satisfaction! Lane Landes, Business Owner, replaced some 16-yr-old flooring in our home by researching the issues we were having and persuading the manufacturer sales rep that the floor needed to be replaced under warranty…and they did! It’s a beautiful laminate wood floor of much higher quality than what we installed 16 yrs ago. Who does that after 16 years! Wichita Falls is blessed to have a business and business owner with such high quality standards and business practices. Installation team was excellent and very efficient! We couldn’t be more pleased!!!
