My name is Leslie. I would like you to know that Mr. Robert Newman has given our family the best service possible. He bent over backwards going over and beyond not only being sympathetic with our situation, but was more than polite. He even helped me carry in my grociaries in over 100 degree heat. All while smiling the whole time. I want to make sure everyone knows what a unique and Awesome person he is. He is definately one of the best. He also did an excellent job on our carpet. Servpro did a great job with my leak cleanup and reconstruction. I know I gave the ladies that answered the phone a hard time but communication through my homeowners insurance wasn’t coming in to me the way it should have which was frustrating. I have to give a big kudos to. Mac Cantu, Who worked on my reconstruction. He was such a hard worker and did the job right and communicated with me on the processes. Actually everyone I worked with Brent, Thaddeus, Dusty and Matthew were all great. They all worked well with my homeowners insurance and everything went perfectly. I would definitely recommend this company for water restoration.
Robert is one of the nicest and most determined to please service person I have ever used. He was friendly and well mannered. He made sure I was happy with the job and that everything was back in order before he left. I definetly will be using him and ServPro again. Excellent work and service. Thank you Robert!
