J and J and supervisor were polite, capable and friendly answering all my questions! Air is circulating so much better than before cleaning of our vents! Thank you for excellent service. Yes I would say, “Call them first!”.
Stephanie is the best , she is very friendly and courteous . She even took the time to bring in my packages off the porch. Her supervisor Josh is very professional when handling insurance adjusters -he makes sure they understand what exactly is needed. I highly recommend this company for water mitigation .
We’ve unfortunately needed ServiceMaster twice in the past few months. They are always professional, understanding, super fast to respond and extremely knowledgeable. The first was for a water leak and the next for smoke damage. They immediately provide guidance and got the tools and resources to resolve our issue.
