Called and they were quick to meet me at a time that was convenient for me. I was sent and email that told me who would be servicing my install so that I could know who to expect when I arrived to the house. The workers where very nice, introduced themselves and laid out everything I needed to complete my project. Once the a/c was installed, I received a called from the owner. He wanted me to let them know when they could come back and clean up after the job (disconnected power due to remodel). I highly recommend Otis Refrigeration and will use them for future A/C needs. Great Customer Service, Great Follow up with attention to detail!
Customer for life! Service guys got here within 30 minutes of me calling! They fixed my problem quickly and we're super friendly and offered great advice! I highly recommend using them! I called them based off the high rating and number of reviews and I was NOT disappointed!
These guys are very professional and friendly. They explain what they are doing throughout the process. They replaced a dead motor for AC unit and got it covered under warranty which makes it way way cheaper. Many many thanks to my friends at Otis.
