Uodate: My husband had to go to their office and speak with someone. They had a record of all of our calls but came back out on the same day.
I would have given them a 5 for promptness when putting on our roof but we have had a wet spring and have a leak. We have called them 4 or 5 times and they keep saying they will have someone come out but haven't yet. So if you want prompt service on putting on a roof, they are great but not so much with follow up.
They did a great job on my roof and we're professional the entire time. something I liked about Hammer Time is how they educate their customers on the process with insurance. There was a mixup on my roof vents and they were unable to find the ones I had, as a compromise they added ridge vents to ensure I had enough ventilation in my attic. the owner of the company takes his business very seriously.
This team did great work. The responsiveness of the office and the friendliness of the roofers who came out. A few things got a little mixed up as far as timeline of finishing my roof. Luckily it was resolved expediently and before any rain. Price was great for me after shopping around a little. I think we got a great value for a fair price. Thank you Vanessa for working with me and the color choices! Overall pleased with the end product!
