“I woke up Saturday and our ceiling fan wasn't working so after having Consumers check their side, I started hunting for an electrician. When I called Byrd Electric, they were able to come out today--not "in a week". With the two electricians, they determined the problem; and thankfully, they were able to fix the problem before it resulted in our house burning down! A junction box's wires had begin melting all the insulation, and if they had touched, we would have had a house fire! So thankful that Byrd was available to diagnose and repair the problem quickly and just as importantly--reasonably! “Willen is a great company. I had a contract with American Home Sheild who by the way is a worthless rip off company. Willen came out and saw the problem and reported it to home sheild. Home sheild refused to pay for the needed repairs but willen kept calling them and finally convinced them to pay for the repairs. They came out quickly and repaired my three outlets. They were very polite and professional the entire time. I will be using them again the future and just paying out them directly. Can't recommend them enough.“
