Tess is a miracle worker! I had neglected my hair for two years and resorted to box dye and self trims. My hair was a disgusting mess. Being new to the area I did not know where to turn. I am so fortunate I called Color Design. Tess was so kind and she turned my brassy orange broken mess into a beautiful blonde. I cried tears of joy when I saw the transformation. She cut my hair perfectly and I am so happy with the results. I will definitely be a loyal client. I would have (and have) paid more than double what I was charged. The cost was beyond reasonable.
