Love the support staff here. They've all been great. Most appts are walk-in, so I've seen most of the vets. They've all been great except for one. I would not recommend Dr Hoffman. She doesn't even come into the room at any point to discuss the pet's issue. She examines my pets in the back and then just opens the door to announce the diagnosis and that the tech will bring meds. Terrible bedside manner IMO. Otherwise I'd give them five stars.

You can call for an appointment but they specialize in walk-ins. We found our girl lying under a WFPD vehicle trying to get out of the sun. My wife called her over & she came immediately. The staff took her & checked her out thoroughly giving her a clean bill of health other than a nasty case of fleas. They gave us medication for that of course. Whenever we take her in they've been polite, helpful & thorough. I can't thank them enough for looking after her.

My little dog got very sick in the night. I called them as soon as they opened and they took us right in, no appointment, no hassle! She home resting and doing great! Thank you so much! Like children they are our babies and they don’t schedule getting sick!! I will continue to use this Vet!
