Cambridge House Collective has and was a total scam. The owner Corban T. Milam did not fulfil his obligations to complete work. He had continuous excuses for the delays. Receipts forever was told I will get them to you. Spread sheet receive 4 months later had listing of items that were unfounded. i.e. Rental car, Uber charges, equipment purchases just to name a few on his list. Finally, after parting ways and another contractor completes work that Cambridge House Collective never did. Records by county show Cambridge House Collective aka Corban T. Milam never had a license registered in Wichita County or in Austin. Cambridge House Collective was taken to small claims court. The court render judgement to me in May 2023. To date Cambridge House Collective aka Corban T. Milam has not paid back money awarded to me. Realize that this is money he had already received from me previously, that is the money still owed back to me. To date Cambridge House Collective refuses to answer back to BBB about complaint. Never ever use this guy. Note that he is now trying to do Estate Sales, beware and make sure you have a signed contract if you choose to do business with him.
