My kitchen and my husband's closet flooded a few months ago, and we were horrified and overwhelmed at the idea of rebuilding. We were referred to Mike Boyd by Servpro, and let me tell you... we struck gold with him!! He is an angel!! He came over, told us exactly what was going to happen, and an estimated timeline. We got to pick out all our countertops and carpet, and Mike and his guys took over the rest. We met so many sweet people! They were all so kind, and polite, and I loved having them around. We had a large water leak and had no idea where to turn. We were referred to Mike Boyd and I cannot express how amazing an experience we had with Mike and his guys. They were so very friendly and Mike coordinated everything with insurance and all involved. He completely took us out of the picture and helped us out in a situation we were so overwhelmed and lost. They finished ahead of time, answered questions and catered to us through the whole project. This is how a contractor service should be and I would recommend to anyone no matter how large or small the project is. Mike remodeled our bathroom and did a fantastic job. Everyone was very professional and finished ahead of schedule. We had a flooded house and when it was dried out Mike’s Company came in and took over. They even did quite a few things that weren’t part of the contract. I would recommend Boyd Construction for any job they are great. They don’t leave a mess for you to clean up. Definitely a A plus company.
