Not only is Mr Bob Garcia a very knowledgable electrician, he is also a very nice and kind considerate gentleman! I called and explained my predicament and he personally came over with his also very nice wife and diagnosed my issue in minutes. He could have charged me a fair amount for his time, but refused and said "I came to try to help you out!"
