Had an overhaul performed October/November 2023. Bates did a top notch job, above and beyond what I expected considering I used aftermarket parts and the gamble of knowing they don't offer a warranty this way, so im not recommending aftermarket. It's now June 2024 truck wasn't ran much but I needed it back on the road. It's been running perfectly. What I'm saying is, this shop didn't short cut when they could have easily!! Highly recommended.

This is the type of shop you usually only hope to find when you’re on the road. The owner, Kevin, and everyone in the shop are very nice! They were busy but still got me in and back on the road the next day. If you are in need of a diesel mechanic, definitely give these guys a call.

Simply put, you will not find a better shop, or better people! They will let you know up front when they can get you in, and will give you honest and fair estimates on repairs, and he stands behind his work.I have traveled out of my way on more than one occasion to have Kevin and his team work on my equipment. From a major overhaul to replacing a sensor, it’s always been top shelf service.
