Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, especially Lacie. Wide selection of frames at different price points. My retiree medical insurance covers annual eye exams only with eyeglasses excluded. Still, I was able to purchase two pairs of glasses - one for reading and one for distance - both with non-glare coating and free one year damage warranty for just under $280 after tax.
The service was top notch. Laura Lou was phenomenal. She was kind and patient and took the time to make sure that I was completely comfortable and satisfied with my selection. She also went out of her way to ensure I was get the best price possible. The only issue is there was a smell throughout the office that was a bit nauseating.
On the road with work and my lenses popped out of my glasses. New to town, I went to America’s Best in Wichita Falls and Ms. Laicie, was very professional and helped get my glasses back together. Ms. Laicie was friendly and extremely polite!! If you are in Wichita Falls and need help with glasses or contacts, I highly recommend going to America’s Best and go see Ms. Laicie!!
