When I first got there and they took me back I was very anxious and my blood pressure was high, the staff made me feel very comfortable and really focused on what my needs were and explained every step to me and i really liked the staff and how that I'm not alone in this procedure . I feel very positive that they will do an amazing job.
Dr.Rice is great and seems to really care about her patients happiness with product. The techs are friendly,Gladys is knowledgeable and kind and they manage their time sufficiently. It's a bit pricey ,though worth it ? My only problem was a mistake on funding that I had to cover myself,even though it was not my mistake. And being as the funding was wrong and I couldn't afford to pay the difference, I didn't get the premium set,I had to go with another package. Still happy with the outcome,just wish I'd of gotten what I was supposed to get for over $3000. That being said,I will still recommend the business, just pay attention to the pricing plan and read the fine print...read full review
The receptionist Gladys is extremely polite and friendly to everyone who walks in the door or calls. The assistant and the doctor are both friendly and helpful in all aspects. I would recommend this clinic for anyone who needs dentures. Way cheaper than Aspen Dental.
