I'm so INCREDIBLY thankful to the Sims team. They pulled it out in the eleventh hour to make sure I had a unit the SAME day mine went out, and made sure it was affordable. I run a business and was low key freaking out. So I am beyond grateful for their fast and efficient solution. Recommended is an understatement, but it's all I got. So I DEFINITELY recommend them. 👍👍
