I have been trusting them for many years. I think a total of 7 cats and a dog. They are great with new baby pets and seniors. Very compassionate during bad cancer diagnosis and end of life care. They have got us through pet emergencies and injuries. Even caught things early and prevented tough situations from becoming real emergencies. Like bad reaction to rabies shots ( we adopted and the vaccines were from a different vet) , surgeries, infections, kidney cancer, fatty lymphomas, bronchitis, eye and tummy problems, a rare aerobic bacterial infection, torn acl, back injuries, arthritis, and a cat eating cellophane. Always great, they fit people in without appointments whenever they can, the place is clean, staff are friendly and my pets don't mind being brought there at all! Prices seem to be the same or often lower than other Vets in the area.

My recent experience here was not for a typical check-up. We were at a family cabin in Troup and our dog became lethargic, was running a fever and vomited. I had to find a vet immediately and I'm so glad I found Whitehouse Vet Hospital and Dr. Reese. When we took our sweet girl in, he was the 1st vet to identify that she has a small heart murmur, but he also suspected pancreatitis. The team there ran her bloodwork (in-house) and Dr. Reese was correct. He saved my dog's life, and for that I can not be more grateful. They immediately hospitalized her and took such great care of her. The staff was beyond friendly, knowledgeable, caring and genuinely supportive.... read full review
