Do not use this trash company they suck. I roll my can out on a Sunday night for the Monday morning pick up driver claims that my trash can wasn't out and was supposed to take a picture but failed to do so. They told me would just have to let the trash sit there and rot until next Monday i have household trash in my home now that has to wait until next monday now.... im a cancer patient and have to rely on others now to come over and pay them to take my trash off when i pay a company that failed to do so and blames it on me when driver just didnt pick it up.....very unprofessional. The most uncommunicative company I’ve ever dealt with. Does not communicate with customers. Misses pickups with no warning, then says they’ll come pick up & don’t. Continues to raise prices as service gets worse.

Since they changed over to Live Oak, we have had changed dates, missed dates, then the price increase without warning. When I went to cancel the service, they informed me that I couldn't cancel until the end of the month since I had already PAID. Then they went ahead and charged my credit card after I cancelled the service. That way they could make me wait to get my 2 months difference back after my service cancels at the end of the month. By the way, they haven't even picked up any trash for me this month. So, technically they could have cancelled effective 3/1/24 and it would have been legitimate. But NO, not this company.
