Worst experience with a plumber ever. Alex tracked mud through our home and got upset when my husband asked if had booties. We both tried to explain previous issues and he said we told him how to do his job and that's not how it works. He opened the front door and saw our small cocker spaniel who I had just let outside then he yelled that he wasn't coming back in because he doesn't work with a dog in the house and that he was done. Then he called me from the driveway to say that we told him how to do his job and that's not how it works and how rude my husband was for asking him to put on booties.
Thee 1st shower drain was crooked and they plugged the weep holes. I told them not to plug the weep holes and neither one of them knew what the weep holes are.Service: Shower repair
