The Ruff resort is excellent at communication and has demonstrated over and over that they care about their facility by investing in improvements and upkeep.“

“I love the report cards provided after our dog's boarding or daycare stay. Being able to add-on other services like nail trims, cuddle time, or baths is big plus! Booking through the online system is kind of clunky and I usually prefer to call instead. They are priced a little higher than other places, but we can trust them with our girl which is what matters most.“

“I took my pet here because it was close to my house. I had good service at the time it wasn’t busy. They allow people to walk in basis which is good.<br>However, in the vet area it didn’t look that clean a lot of pet fur on the ground.<br>My pet had no fleas upon coming there. And like few days ago I noticed my pet itching more and I looked in there fur and one pet had brought home fleas to my other pet as well. Anyways so beware your pet can come back with fleas and I am treating them now. The pricing was high cost as well I called around and there was others less expensive but further away so you pay for the convenience. ?‍♀️“

She does a lot of research before putting/selling any petProducts in her store. She loves to give the dogs treats as they leave daycare. She is NOT a pushover and is quick to stand up for her business. Some people don't like her directness but I find her easy to be around and a very smart business woman who loves animals.“
