Their technicians were prompt, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue with my AC unit. What truly impressed me was their honesty and efficiency. My experience with Salyer’s A/C & Heat was one of the best experiences I have ever had when it comes to dealing with AC repair. I called the business phone number listed on their website and spoke with the the owner directly in regard to the issue that I was having with my AC. I have dealt with AC repair companies before that had me wait on hold or leave a message with a receptionist - only for them to call back later to inform me that they didn’t have any one available and it would be an after hour charge if I still needed them to come out. Prompt service. The technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. I recently had a coil replaced in the air conditioner with a good price and rapid response to the issue found during the annual checkup. I highly recommend them.
