I highly recommend letting them take care of all your eye care needs. ***I'm making an update (1/27/2024) because to be honest, it takes too long to get a new pair of glasses. I think that is a long time when your prescription has changed and your existing glasses are worn out. Since TSO outsources to a vendor and you are providing business to them, you should be telling them when you need the glasses instead of them telling you. And if they can't provide the service you need, you find another vendor. You have a lot of competition in the eye care business when the turn around time to get glasses is much faster then 14 days. You're optometrists, eye care selection, and office staff are terrific, but the turn around time for new glasses just isn't realistic. Remember it's a prescription and the patient should be able to receive it in a safe and timely manner.***“

“Need glasses? This is the place to go. I purchased two pair of the Enchroma lenses and frames, both the indoor and outdoor. Alyce Jones, the owner, is very knowledgeable and an all around great person to deal with. Robert, the optician, has been around for a long time as well and was able to help me select the proper frames and then measured the fit with some of the latest scanning equipment to ensure a perfect fit. I can't say enough about the relaxed yet professional atmosphere. This is my new stop for eye care.“

“My father and brother both are clients here, and I have actually been meaning to write this review for quite some time, but I couldn't remember the young lady's name, my brother just recently attended his appointment and he reminded me her name, but this place is already wonderful, but one of the employees in particular stands out from the rest because my goodness, she is sweet as pie! She is extraordinarily professional professional, always greeting us and taking care of us as soon as we walk through the door! And I recently discovered that she is still in high school which blew my mind because I've never met a high school student with such an amazing work ethic!! Her name is Ms. Macy! And she makes our day just a little brighter every time we meet.! The Dr. Here is amazing as well! Always going above and beyond to make sure we are receiving the best care possible! I will admit and as wonderful as they are I hate to say anything negative, but there is another young woman in the front that I s not as helpful, in not too sure what she actually does because when we arrive she doesn't ever welcome us or do anything at all but if Ms. Macy is there no matter how many clients she's juggling she always takes care of us too! She truly is a blessing and so is everyone else at this clinic!❤️“

“I live in Erie, PA and my wife's folks have gone to Forest for years. I went in there with a frame issue from glasses I got in Pennsylvania. He took the time to fix them and chatted with me about airplanes, Oshkosh, politics, trucks and politics. He fixed the frames and wouldn't take anything for it. (It was around Christmas.) I came back this year with my daughter and gave him a gift card. I didn't tell him I was coming. I just dropped in and he took the time to chat with me again. This fella is top shelf. You may not see "eye to eye" LOL with him on everything but rest assure this is your guy for glasses!! :)“
