Coach Natalie was my coach for my first time there. She knew exactly what to do. I got one of the best workouts I had in a long time from her. She took care of me the whole way. Normally I used to do only high intensity Cardio And go until my heart is beating out of my chest. It makes you not want to go. Here this is day two, and my legs are still sore. “I have been to four different chiropractors. Dr. Cruz is by far the best I have been treated by. I have been treated by him three times now and each time I'm treated with care, patience, and never feel rushed. Dr. Cruz is great at measuring to you and is able to understand not only the pain you may be experience but takes the time to explain to you what is causing it and how he's going to help you. He makes sure you have a good understanding of what's causing your discomfort and what you can do daily to help prevent it from reoccurring. The pain in my upper back and shoulder area has greatly decreased thanks to Dr. Cruz treatment and the stretches/exercises he gave me as "homework".“

I got dip and after I selected my color, the technician tested the color on a fake tip to ensure I would be happy with the color I chose and when I waffled a bit, he tested similar colors for me to choose from. He was very thorough and did excellent work. The other thing I appreciated was seeing them sanitize the station after the other customer left.
