I went to see him on Saturday, and he performed acupuncture combined with a special massage. Remarkably, my knee felt better right away. Coach Natalie was my coach for my first time there. She knew exactly what to do. I got one of the best workouts I had in a long time from her. She took care of me the whole way. Normally I used to do only high intensity Cardio And go until my heart is beating out of my chest. It makes you not want to go. Here this is day two, and my legs are still sore.
