This used to be my go-to place for high-end items. I brought my wedding dress here for dry cleaning and am incredibly heartbroken by the result and how the situation has been handled. When I first gave Westbank the dress, I ensured they had experience with specialty dry cleaning, as the label on my dress required. They assured me they would take care of it, including foiling over each button/gem.

One of my shirts was destroyed. The gentleman let me know immediately when I came in to pick up. They gave new a $100 credit for my shirt to use. Mistakes happen. What a business does dealing with them is what matters. They did a great job.

Came in to pick up dry cleaning and front desk attendant was bothered to have to break from what she was doing and attend to me. She never had a smile and was very short and abrupt with answers and when asked what was the price for a men’s shirt, she responded “ you can read it on the tag...”.

There are too many other dry cleaners to choose from and no need for anyone to have to endure such rudeness!
