“We had a great experience! My son got his lessons at Westlake ADS and yesterday he got 100% on his final driving test. As soon as he finished his driving test, they helped me out and told me to head over to the DMV. We did, we waited and we expect his DL in 2 weeks. In a fast moving world, you sometimes need patience and things will come through. We could have finished way earlier but we had travel. The school gives you enough time to finish. Mr. Thomas was nice & a great teacher. He has been doing this for years. Alyssa is a great receptionist. She guided me through the process and was very helpful & patient. Thank you ADS!“

“I took the course in anticipation of renewing my driver license. I thought the course was pretty good, although it definitely seemed written for new drivers. I would have appreciated a form at the start which would have allowed me to specify that I was renewing my license, which could then have been used to change the content I saw. I felt at times I was being talked down to; I've been driving for 40 years at this point. Another issue: Texas has Farm to Market roads other states don't have. It would have been nice if the course explained what the "FM" stands for on these roads. Finally, the course failed to clearly answer my biggest question about lane usage, which is: when turning at an intersection, does Texas require you to turn into the closest lane to you, or does it not matter? Different states have different laws in this regard. I wish the course had underscored DPS' position on this.“
