Farrell Plumbing and their plumbing technician named LB saved us. We had a plumbing emergency late in the afternoon. We worried that we would have to wait until the next day to get someone to fix it. But the helpful woman, who answered the Farrell Plumbing phone, had LB at our place within an hour. LB did the work the way we wanted it done. And our water was back on, and everything was back to normal, just an hour after he arrived. We recommend Farrell Plumbing.

LB saved the day! We’ve used Farrell Plumbing in the past and their tech, Jody L., said to call him directly the next time we needed a plumber and wrote his number on the back of their card. Well that’s exactly what we will NOT do again. Our main water pipe broke during the freeze and he returned our call the following day promising to come that afternoon. Three days later, we still had no water and no Jody. He never showed, never called or texted and ignored our messages and calls each day. Over these these past few days I've waited for the rain to stop in the house that is the (leaking). Even though your people worked hard and tried their best to find the cause of the problem to no avail were they able to fix the problem. Thank you for trying.
