DR HANSEN is an amazing Doktor! She has a Big Heart and is a special person that's why she is amazing. She is similar to a country Doktor in suburbia TX. She has seemingly avoided the typical Doctors Indoctrination of follow the leader and their contemptuous apathy, however her reception staff and one in particular has not! With that said, Kathy becomes a victim of her own success... BC this has been going on for a while, and reading these reviews. I have used these doctors for 15 plus years. They treat me great. I have had several things that require testing and they get back with me quickly. I do recommend “Your Family Doktor” to my friends neighbors and family.

I liked Dr. Hansen a lot, she was always easy to talk to (sometimes a little too talkative for an introvert). However, I intentionally left this practice back in May 2021.

It became increasingly difficult to schedule appointments (nobody would pick up the phone) and when I did manage to get an appointment, I would be waiting in the lobby 30-45min past my appointment time and then waiting 10-15min more in the exam room before being seen. What is the point of making an appointment if you won't be seen at appointed time?
