UTMB Health Pediatric & Adult Primary Care, Webster

Dr. Little is who I take both of my children to see here, and I cannot say enough good things about her!! It took me quite a while to find a Dr. that I wanted as my children’s primary pediatrician, and I’m very happy with my choice of Dr. Little! She is very sweet, and listens to all of my concerns, without making me feel silly! I do have bad anxiety, and she has always taken her time with me, and my children!! She never makes me feel like our appointments are rushed, and I love that! I would recommend her to anyone!! We love Dr. Little!

Reception area is always friendly and helpful.Waiting room is always clean and comfortable.The lab techs are always kind and good at their job. The nurse that takes vitals is nice and the area is always clean. My doctor is the most thorough and takes time with me.

I find that Utmb can be a hostage type healthcare system. What I mean is even though your insurance like mine does not require you to have any type of referrals to go to a doctor regardless, as long as they take your insurance that's all you need Utmb requires you must have a referral before going to the doctors and they try to brainwash you into saying no your insurance says you have to do this without even knowing who you are this happened to me before I even became a part of UTMB I was already being told I must have a referral before seeing the doctors.
