I am forever a fan of Dr. Tovar and her team! Started having terrible sciatic pain during pregnancy, to the point where I was unable to walk or stand some days. I started seeing Dr. Tovar as recommended by my OB at 32 weeks. She came up with a treatment plan for me, and I started experiencing major relief almost immediately. I'm now days away from my due date, and since my weekly visits, have had almost ZERO pain during the last month of my pregnancy. Dr. Tovar is highly skilled and knowledgeable for mamas - pre and postnatal - and has dealt with any issue I've brought up including sciatica, SPD, round ligament pain, strained hip flexors, and strained intercostal muscles. She has done soft tissue work as well as adjustments for these issues, and now I'm pretty much pain and discomfort-free at almost 40 weeks pregnant. As a plus, Dr. Tovar is super friendly and funny and always genuinely asks how I'm doing and keeps up with my pregnancy. It's so comforting and refreshing to trust a care provider! I've already scheduled my 4 week postnatal follow up and will have my baby adjusted by Dr. Tovar as well!

I am in my third trimester of my pregnancy and having a lot of back pain, I went to Dr Tovar for pain management. My first appointment with her was fantastic! My expectations for my first visit were clear and set during my initial call. The staff were professional and the office is clean. Dr Tovar and her assistants were very thorough and friendly!
