My feet, lower back and shoulders need some serious work." This guy was good. The class is well organized, an outline is provided and Kay is very knowledgeable and able to answer any question you may have. Kay structures the class so you do not feel overwhelmed by all the material and is very supportive. The treatment on my feet made me feel VERY relaxed. I got a hot foot bath beforehand and was even offered a paraffin wax treatment for my feet prior to my treatment! (I felt like I was at a mini-spa!)
