I can't say enough great things about them. They could tell my dog was anxious and they went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable.“

“My two older shih tzu babies are always happy to go Alvin Boarding. Alvin boarding has wonderful caregivers. You can't go wrong with boarding your big or little fur babies with the team at Alvin Boarding. They get so many walks through out the day plus they continuously caring for all the fur babies which are entrusted to them. They are reasonably priced“

“Took my dog here for a heartworm test. Staff was friendly. Only thing I was confused about was the vet didn't talk to me about my dog after the test. She didn't seem like she wanted to talk to me either. Instead, the vet assistant gave me a "receipt" paper that stated the overall summary of the visit plus the vet's notes. It was a bit odd considering I had to find out my dogs overall condition on a paper rather than for her to directly discuss with me about it. But at least they got the job done.“

“The care our animals have received at TLC Animal Hospital and board has been above and beyond. We have a deer chiuaua named Goose who is 7 years of age, and we have a puppy that weighs in at 30lbs named rerun. They've known him since they could carry him around with one hand. And they helped us when it was time to say goodbye to our loving cat Abigail. She was with us for 27 years. It felt as if one of our own children had passed. And they were with us every step of the way. Checking in on us. Sending us cards. Even on the anniversary of her passing. When ever Rerun or Goose have to go in for anything, they act as if it were a trip to a friend's house. Who wouldn't want that for their pets. Especially when we have to leave them behind. Whether for a trip or just the day. Our Animals are always looking happy when we drop them off or pick them up. That does my heart good.“

“Pretty easy process to get signed up and pup evaluated for doggy day care. Only issue I have found is that things are not explained. If I'm unsure what to ask concerning what I should expect, it would help if they would treat everyone as if they have never used this type of service before. ie. how long do evaluations take, what happens during evaluation, what to expect, do I leave my pet there, etc.“

“I took my car in to have her checked again for symptoms she was still having. They checked her, took samples for tests, and had me put her on special diet. Very thorough. Will talk when results are back. I've used them for about 13 years. Satisfied.“
