Dr Copeland was very thorough and I never once felt rushed at all. She also made me feel at ease. She was easy to talk to and she addressed all of my concerns!And being able to fill out all of the preregistration forms and even pay my copay ahead of time online, saved me so much trouble the day of my appointment!

Dr. Copeland was very thorough and paid strict attention to detail. She explained my diagnosis in "doctor terms" and then in "our terms." She made 100% sure that I understood what my diagnosis was and what needs to he done going forward, all the while, with a smile on her face. I had many questions and she patiently answered every question I had thoroughly and spent the time explaining to me what I wanted to know. I did not feel that she was pressed for time and just wanted to get to her next patient. She spent all the time with me that I needed of her without rushing. Definitely one of the greatest experiences with a doctor I've had. Very happy patient. Thank you
