Yesterday was my second appointment with Crystal. She’s beyond exceptional! Crystal is patient and explains the entire process in details. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed all throughout. I 100% recommend Ideal Image!! You’ll notice results after the first session.. I wish I would’ve started laser hair removal long ago. Just had my second session at Clear Lake TX location with Crystal G.. I can’t rave enough about Crystal. Makes certain things feel ok throughout your session. Very professional but personable. She’s a gem!! ?. Employees like her is what makes one location special vs another location when using a nationwide company. Thank you ladies for great service.
