I love the doctors but the office staff needs to be replaced. I have bern put on terminal hold three times only to never be returned back to. Ive left messages and received zero call back. I'm not sure how to get an appointment rescheduled other than driving there in person. Please hire more competent office staff or get back up help. This is not good for your business.
Dr Nguyen handles himself with complete professionalism, compassion and concern for his patients. I appreciate his patient/doctor manners and love his whole entire team I feel very well taken care of and would recommend his services to all my family and friends.
Had a great visit for my son to check dry skin condition. We did new patient online and check in on site was super easy and quick.Got great care and recommendations. Highly recommend this or the other locations as there are 3 in Houston area and same doctors are available.We were doing cash payment to avoid delays with insurance and referrals and price was very reasonable also.
