On my first visit with the Doctor, I had to wait 1 hour and 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment. She is rude and unfriendly. I told her my main concern and requested a referral - which she completely dismissed. This is a condition I have been dealing with for over 2 years. She and her staff have NO bedside manner. Will also mention the unprofessional appearance of the Doctor as well. When I finally saw the Doctor, it was rushed and she did not listen to my concerns. Worst experience I have ever had with a Doctor. Find anyone other than Dr. Daphnis for your medical care.

I am giving this office a 3 star because of several reasons. First visit was a disaster. Wait time was over an hour and I thought going on my lunch break was a good idea. I am finally taken on back and I am in a terrible mood already. Katie, the medical assistant, was very nice in explaining and understanding I was upset over the ridiculous wait. Then I was seen by the nurse practitioner at her office not even Dr. Dugano. Never saw her or spoke to her during the whole visit. Nurse Practitioner was very great at answering all my questions regardless. Front desk could probably use some customer service course in my opinion. This is the worst office. The staff is always so rude and you will have you on hold for a long time. They will never get prescriptions correct or orders for lab work in a timely matter. Errors all over from all staff, you will speak with over 3 staff members to get one error corrected. Please look elsewhere, you will thank me later.
