Amazing service from the phone call to the technicians. I had another company botch my new builds install which led to other problems and they couldn’t figure out what kept going wrong for 1.5 YEARS. The ac would go out every 3 to 4 months. I called out Parker County Cooling and Heating and they figured out what was wrong in 5 minutes. They found what was originally installed incorrectly and the damage it caused. They fixed it up the next day, which was I’d say maybe 9 months ago and I have not had a problem since! The professionalism this company has is unmatched. I will never call anyone else!
