Excellent place to train, been here for several months. Also have experienced many different MMA/BJJ gyms from Gracie to SBG, still like this place just as much. They don’t try to lock you into an eternal, unbreakable contract for money as many do. They genuinely want to teach and train. And as a byproduct, they get students that stay. They deliver more value than they charge. Would recommend for individuals and families of any age.

Six star rating. If the standard for the best is five stars, I give them six. Great training facility for all skill levels. Expert coaching and instruction. They make everyone feel like family. Family atmosphere with a great kids program as well. Excellent coaches in Monte and Shandon. Been going almost five years now. I also believe they offer more classes at different times during the week than most gyms to help everyone out with flexible schedules. Drop in for a trial workout with them if you’re on the fence.

Everyone here is so great! I trained here while on a Thanksgiving trip and they were all so welcoming and skilled. I highly recommend there gym; I learned a lot and it was such a fun environment as well. Definitely give them a try!!!
