These people are not dermatologists. They disfigured my face, 12yrs ago, after telling me the procedure could not cause any permanent damage! Maybe it would not be permanent if I could afford to spend $5,000 to fix the damage they have done to my face (after charging me over $1000). Jenn admitted she barely turned the machine up, but she forgot to inform her colleague who turned the machine all the way up. Then, her answer was that I must have deeper issues than my skin! I was in tears when I left and she laughed at me.Service: Laser hair removal

I had my very first appointment at Jennz on Saturday. The establishment was extremely clean & cozy. The young lady at the desk was very nice & accommodating. I was a little nervous as I didn't know what to expect. Jenn was sweet, outgoing & professional. She explained everything in detail before starting the procedure. I am more than happy with my first experience and can't wait to see the results. I look forward to aging gracefully with the help of Jennz. I feel like I've known Jenn forever!
