The technician came to our shop to correct a plumbing problem we had with our hot water for a chinese piece of equipment. The technician was able to troubleshoot the problem even though all the diagrams were in chinese. Great customer service. Several shops like ours have this equipment and all have problems getting them to work. I believe ours is the only shop that has a working one now.

From the first phone call to get service to the service man coming out to access the issue, Double L staff was prompt, professional and communicated well what was going on and what we needed to fix. Shout out to Patrick for discovering things about our home that we were not aware of. And for working so hard in this hot Texas summer.
