I’m an old Marine (Weapons Plt. Sgt. and a retired police patrol and SWAT team sergeant) I state this just to point out that I’m not what anyone would call an easily impressed “people person”. The two young men from your company were outstanding! I know very little about heating/ac issues beyond what I’ve experienced as a homeowner. You techs took the time to patiently explain to me what needed to be fixed and why. One of them even took the time to address an issue with the heating unit that he pointed out was actually drawing warm air into the house. It only took him about about two minutes to fix it, but it showed great customer service and attention to detail!... read full review
Very professional and nice, listened to my problem, they found the problem I was having with my AC unit. The problem was dealt with and explained to me. When the time comes I would use them again.
