Amazing service from the phone call to the technicians. I had another company botch my new builds install which led to other problems and they couldn’t figure out what kept going wrong for 1.5 YEARS. The ac would go out every 3 to 4 months. I called out Parker County Cooling and Heating and they figured out what was wrong in 5 minutes. They found what was originally installed incorrectly and the damage it caused. They fixed it up the next day, which was I’d say maybe 9 months ago and I have not had a problem since! The professionalism this company has is unmatched. I will never call anyone else!

It's not a super busy location. Chill environment that you can relax in. The staff is kind, personable, and great at what they do. I'm only giving four stars because my daughters nails all fell off on day 7. Which is odly bazar.

The technician came to our shop to correct a plumbing problem we had with our hot water for a chinese piece of equipment. The technician was able to troubleshoot the problem even though all the diagrams were in chinese. Great customer service. Several shops like ours have this equipment and all have problems getting them to work. I believe ours is the only shop that has a working one now.

He came out at 10pm with no complaints and was the most honest man I’ve ever come across in his line of work. Didn’t up charge at all and let us know immediately what the issue was and came back the next day to replace it. If you need an emergency electrician PLEASE go to this business. We had several trees removed and several manicured as well. The service was timeley and the work was beautifully done. The owner explained everything that was to be done and the reasoning behind it. We were very happy with the service we recieved and will use them again.
I love that Deadwood Services were able to do a complete pruning in addition to complete removals with stump grinding unlike other local companies that provided us estimates. We hired Deadwood for a day and a half of work (on a wooded acre property). They were professional, took the time to listen to what I wanted prioritized, answered my long list of questions and explained how they would remove one of our diseased trees to prevent spread. The climbers did a wonderful job! Their lead, Corey, did a fantastic job on the spot listening to my requests as I walked the property and ensured that everything was pruned to my satisfaction. They left our yard spotless and even piled some wood for us per our request! We cannot recommend them enough and will definitely continue to use them for years to come!

I have been going to Beacon Dentistry for 2 years now, and I can't say enough good things about them. The front desk staff is inviting and friendly, the Dental Hygienists are knowledgeable and courteous. Alisa, a Registered Dental Assistant, is my personal favorite. I forgot the the Hygienist's name that I saw yesterday but I really liked her too. She had my teeth all cleaned in no time. Dr. Johannsen is my usual Dentist and he is so upbeat and caring. And I finally got to meet Dr. Novak yesterday - what can I tell you? He is a hoot!! I love going there for my dental needs. Everything is so clean and organized. I let my Hygienist know the one of the fabric lobby chairs had an odor and she promptly told the person in charge to have that taken care of. They offer an In-House dental plan if you, like myself, do not have one through work or another source. It is only $39 per month but i just pay half ($234) every 6 months. Includes annual X-rays, 2 cleanings, discounts on dental work that arises, etc...Very affordable. You can tell they pride themselves on making sure everyone that comes in is comfortable and given the best care. Thank you, Beacon Dentistry!!

Injured back, woke up one morning having to use a walker at the age of 36. They got me on the same day as a new patient, had a consult, and started a plan of care the following day. Was completely off the wallet after only 4 visits and steadily making improvements. Cannot say enough about the staff and Dr's at this office. Have been doing business with NTVH since they first opened their doors in Peaster, TX. I have never been anything other than completely satisfied with their professionalism, competent and caring attitude, and outstanding customer service. If they treated people, I would go to them rather than the VA.
Today, Dr. Hutchins and Vet Tech Grace arrived at the agreed upon time. They were here at my request to neuter two of our big, uncooperative male llamas, both of whom were not particularly keen on the idea of this whole neutering thing.
First big llama went quickly and easily, and he was surprisingly cooperative for the whole procedure.
Second big llama was not at all interested in cooperating. Finally got a rope on him, and he jerked all 250 lbs of me off my feet and started to drag me. Vet Tech Grace jumped right in on the rope and was instrumental in getting him under control.
Once we had him, the whole procedure went quickly and relatively easily.
Both llamas are still moderately annoyed with me.

Great doctors and staff! Very kind and compassionate. I like that you can make an appt or walk in to be seen. Prices are reasonable compared to what we were used to prior. Both vets treated my old timer kitty and offered me treatment options to choose from. They always supported my decisions, which I appreciated. One of my dogs has been in as well. I highly recommend this clinic!!

It is evident that he had a genuine passion for helping and caring for them. His willingness to go above and beyond to provide the best possible care is truly amazing. Sonny and staff are very caring and compassionate. I appreciate their willingness to do all they can yet state the hard facts too. They treated my mare who was showing signs of navicular. With proper shoeing and a few injections she is usable again! They also got my gelding through a couple of colic cases and when the last one happened were sympathetic with what the next step had to be. They are top notch in my book!

Michelle always has done a great job on our Doodle and our Coton de Tulear. She just finished shaping up our senior dog after we took him to a different groomer because of convenience. Needless to say, we will drive the 20 miles to her shop from here on. Thank you Michelle for loving our dogs.

I love Jennifer’s kundalini classes. Even though I’ve moved away, I make as much effort as I can to attend online! I’ve also attended beautiful workshops like reiki and sound sessions. They are pure magic.

What a wonderful gem we found in Jacksboro. I truly did not expect for such a small town to have such a wonderful array of qualified service providers. The place was clean, welcoming, and the temp was nice. The staff and the therapist were professional and helpful. The massage was exactly what I needed and they did a great job. Great place!
I have been to some good massage therapists in the past, but Robby is BY FAR the best!! I started going to him at Hand and Stone, but cancelled my membership with them once he left to start his own practice. I have been going to him for years and will continue to do so until he retires from massage! Robby is great at working with my somewhat unpredictable schedule, very professional, and truly gifted at what he does. You won’t regret making an appointment with him!

My first time going to this location, I had heard from a friend they loved it!!! I have had tons of massages that were supposed to be deep tissue but once I came into Massage Express I learned what a deep tissue massage really feels like and WOW ? Teaya IS THE BEST!!!!
There is a small language barrier but I mean I came to get a massage not have alot of conversation so oh well it didn't bother me at all.
She ask if you want hard, medium, or soft ? I said hard And omg every bit of her strength was put into getting the knots of of my shoulders and really full body from head to toe!!! She even used hot stones to finish the hour massage off..
The prices are amazing!! A whopping $65 for a full body deep tissue!!!!
