Two older blonde ladies at the front obviously hate their job. Bad vibe from the start. Didn't greet me, nor make me feel confident about my appt. I work in healthcare and this is not how you act or treat your patients. Dr was alright, he saw me for like 5 minutes and prescribed me medication. Will not be back!

Dr Robinson great!!! glasses other side horrible! Got new prescription and they ordered new lenses. Called to say they were in. Wrong size! We need your frames also they said. Was only pair I had. Had to go home and find old pair from 13 years ago just to wear and glue side back on. Going on two weeks and called we called and said the glasses were in. Go there to find out they aren't. Poor customer service!!!

Seen 7 months ago, called for prescription for same condition, said I would have to be seen again. 2 copays for the same condition within 1 calendar year? Hm. In my experience places will refill rx when you have been seen within a calendar year..
