Texas Sleep Diagnostics and Therapeutics, PLLC provides excellent care and exceptional service to its patients. Patients have reported receiving exceptional care from the caregivers, who take the time to explain everything and make the experience feel like a "great sleep over." The staff is described as very pleasant, informative, and calm, helping to make the difficult situation less stressful. While there may have been some issues with mask selection, the overall experience is highly recommended by patients.
The technician Dee that took care of me and set up all the equipment was terrific. Very friendly and professional. Very pleasant personality. She was top notch. I personally didn't sleep great with all the wires and mask. But I realize it's gonna take time to get comfortable with that. But again I want to say it was a positive experience.
The sleep study experience was marked by a strong sense of initial security and a technician's professional and amiable conduct. Efficient rooming and prompt initiation of the procedure, coupled with a quiet environment, fostered comfort throughout the process. The timely discharge brought by a good overall experience.

So far everything is on course with scheduling. The staff are kind people. They followup very thoroughly. I am ready to get my sleep back in order. I had a good experience with the overnight sleep study. I felt comfortable, assured, and at home 🏡. And you get to leave near 5a.m. But I have never met the doctor . I am used to knowing my doctors and the people who treat me....so that's not good. 😳
