Despite being quoted a completion time of 6-8 weeks, the project was not finished until 24 weeks later. Furthermore, the initial contractor dug the wrong footers, adding additional delays to the process. Throughout the first 16 weeks of the project, communication was inadequate, with radio silence to inquiries about the delays caused by contractor and truck issues with promises of call backs that never happened. With that said, my wife and I love the new covered pergola and it is very sturdy and professionally built. Jody was a pleasure to work with!

After getting so many quotes and came super close to signing on the dotted line with a scammer! We were walking into Home Depot and saw their pavillions we decided to call them out and we are so glad, not only were they cheaper than all other quotes , Ben the guy who came out has been so awesome to work with! And as I write this, they are here building it and we are more pleased, its even better than we imagined! Want a solid reputable builder, we highly suggest Lawn Master!

I am very proud of my new Pergola. I found Home Depot and saw the pergolas they were selling, and learned that the actual builder is Lawn Master Outdoor living. I was contacted by a Lawn Master representative who gave me photos and examples of their work. Absolutely amazing, and I immediately signed up. It took a few weeks to get the crew out to build it, and the job was masterful, and a GREAT investment for my home. I don't know what others who posted here are suggesting, but I have nothing but praise for the quality of the Pergola.
