Great experience. Laurie is very knowledgeable, helpful & caring. Great environment/facility. Very convenient times and reasonable fees. Would highly recommend as a 60 year old guy & 6 year yoga practitioner. Top notch!!
I love yin yoga on Sundays with Laurie. She is super helpful and the flow is Great! I live an hour away but still find it worth the drive! I always feel so much better and less stressed!
