I can't sing their praise loud enough. My AC has gone out 4 separate times in the past 5 years. Each time it was a different issue. HEAT was prompt, professional, friendly, fast, accurate, and affordable. One time when our AC went out in the hot summer of 2024, the part needed had to be ordered and would take 3 days u. David, the HEAT technician left us a portable AC unit to keep a room cool until the part could be ordered. They did this as a courtesy.
