I reached out to Mr. Loosier for a floor plan design for my parents, and not only was he prompt and reasonable but extremely informative, helpful and wise. He is very easy to work with, communicative and flexible. Finding builders, and the right design is stressful enough, for us it has been a challenge due to our timeframe and location; however, I appreciate that this was not something I had to worry about, as not only did I get my preliminary floor plan promptly but I also had many questions answered and advise through the process. We really enjoyed working with Ellis County Reprographics. They were friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Our builder said they are the best plans they’ve seen and are very detailed and easy to work with. Our builder has even started referring their customers to them…even his own daughter.
