Jose Solis was sent to our home for plumbing repairs. He did an excellent job. He explained what he was doing, what it entailed, and how much it would cost. I was very pleased with his expertise and professionalism.
Stewart Smith at Willard is the most honest technician I have ever dealt with in this industry. He doesn't oversell you on things you don't need, and he works quick. I highly recommend him and Willard AC.
We have been customers since the MES days and overall, the service and technicians have been/are great despite a few bumps that were resolved.
That being said, Stuart Smith has been the most amazing technician we have had in all our years with MES/Willard. He is extremely friendly, respectful of our home/time, and very knowledgeable. He always explains his findings, the repair options (if any), costs, and shows us/explains the completed work. He has fully gained our trust, and we are always happy to see it’s Stuart that shows up for our maintenance and repair calls.
I wish all technicians were like Stuart. Get his man a raise!!... read full review
