Great experience! I sent an online questionnaire and Ginger called me right back to answer my questions right then. We booked for the next day that worked with both our schedules, which was the next week from the phone call. The two people who arrived on time the day of the cleaning were professional and quick. Explained everything and answered my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend Compton's for carpet cleaning. I will say I was a bit disappointed in the quote I received for just a rug cleaning but I don't personally know what goes into cleaning a rug and I have not received other quotes so it may have been a normal price for this area on large rug cleanings... read full review
